Cultivating Self-Compassion

- a retreat for women

Women’s Only Retreats (held with our associates) provide a space for us to reconnect with ourselves, in the company of other great women. The small group retreats are held at Nathanael’s Rest, a quiet space in the natural beauty of the Perth hills, within 45 minutes of the CBD. Along with some time to yourself and good  company, you will experience learning based on the disciplines of ontological coaching, mindfulness and various body awareness and movement forms. All activities are an ‘invitation’ and your participation is entirely your own choice.

What you will get from this retreat

  • greater awareness of how self-compassion supports a happier and healthier life
  • practical strategies to develop self-compassion and increase resilience
  • understanding the myths of self-compassion and what stops us relating to ourselves with compassion
  • insight into how we unwittingly create additional suffering
  • shifting to more resourceful ways of being
  • being rested, nurtured and replenished
  • taking away a resource package of strategies and tools to further support you
